An improvisation around the classic “flan pâtissier” and “far breton”.
Pre-heat the oven at 210°C Mix the puréed bananas with the juice, then add the sugar, then mix with the eggs, then add the melted butter, and the flour. Cook 45 min at 120–150°C depending on your oven. (if needed, see conversions) |
